  1. Warranty Coverage: We warrant that our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
  2. Warranty Claims: In the event that a defect arises during the warranty period, please contact our customer service department at info@maxicrane.com to initiate a warranty claim. We will require proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or invoice, along with a detailed description of the defect.
  3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following: a. Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, negligence, or accident. b. Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or discoloration. c. Any modification, repair, or alteration carried out by unauthorized personnel. d. Products with removed or tampered serial numbers or labels. e. Shipping costs associated with returning the defective product to us.
  4. Warranty Remedies: In the event of a valid warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective product. The decision on the appropriate remedy will be made by our technical support team based on the nature of the defect and product availability.
  5. Shipping Costs: Please note that the cost of shipping the defective product to our designated service center is the responsibility of the buyer.
  6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as stated in section 4 above. In no event shall Maxicrane  be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
  7. Governing Law: This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Utah.
